Harmony’s values of care aim to promote and enhance the quality of life of each client. We do this by delivering quality care services which are tailored to each clients needs and their family circumstances. In order to achieve this we believe the best person to plan his or her future is that person. We actively encourage the client and their family to be involved in planning their care programme, thereby ensuring we provide a care package appropriate to the individuals needs, and one which the client and their family are comfortable with, and consequently reassured that the client is receiving the most suitable care services.

To achieve these goals we have drawn upon core values of care which are the basis for the provision of care services.
