At Harmony we provide support and personal care to people with sensory impairment. Our aim is to provide a support package and access to necessary services for blind, partially sighted, deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind people of all ages, whilst living at home.

We focus on helping people work towards living the life of their choice. To live life as independently as possible whilst living at home.

We work with our clients to create a support plan designed to meet their aims and endeavour to deliver the outcomes they require.We offer flexible support to our clients with sensory impairment, we do this in many small ways, such as assisting with health and personal hygiene, assistance with meals, to going out shopping and integrating with the community.
